Role

Creative Producer & Project Manager

Being part of the development and execution of the STCP campaign was both a demanding challenge and one of the most rewarding projects of my professional journey.

From the outset, I was deeply involved in shaping the creative direction of the campaign, from defining its overall aesthetic to selecting the dress code, makeup, and hair styling, ensuring that every visual detail reinforced the narrative and brand identity we aimed to communicate.

I was also responsible for negotiating and managing partnerships, securing wardrobe collaborations and hiring a professional dancer, as well as casting and contracting all actors involved in the campaign. In parallel, I handled all required permits, hired the photographer and videographer, managed the internal budgeting process, and maintained full cost control throughout the project.

Logistics played a crucial role in the campaign’s success. I fully organized the two days of filming, coordinating team tasks, managing schedules, overseeing character preparation, arranging drivers, and ensuring smooth on-site operations.

During production, I was present across all fronts, guiding the workflow and maintaining alignment with the creative vision.
This project was particularly challenging due to the small size of our team. Many responsibilities that are typically distributed among several professionals were concentrated within a limited structure, requiring constant prioritization, quick decision-making, and strong adaptability.

Paradoxically, this intensity made the experience even more meaningful and fulfilling. Taking on multiple roles provided me with a holistic view of the project and strengthened my leadership, organizational, and execution skills under pressure, ultimately transforming a complex challenge into a significant professional achievement.
