Clinic Event Opening

For the Hebe Clínica reopening event, I fully conceptualized and coordinated every aspect, from the decoration, aligned with the clinic’s new visual identity, to the catering, carefully selected to reflect healthy options and the brand’s principles.

I planned and executed strategic activations to engage the general public, including a meticulously designed corner for product demonstrations and guest giveaways.

The event’s entertainment and overall atmosphere were thoughtfully designed to provide a welcoming experience, allowing attendees to meet the medical team and explore the new facilities.

The management of influencer participation was entirely overseen by me, with a carefully crafted strategy to maximize event visibility and establish future partnerships for the clinic, which were successfully realized.
