I collaborated in the development and implementation of partnership and influencer management strategies in the health and wellness sector, working with Hebe Clínica and Clidume. In both projects, I began by conducting a strategic analysis to identify which influencers would best align with the partnership objectives, ensuring a match between the influencers’ profiles and the clinics’ needs.

At Hebe Clínica, I coordinated the communication for the reopening event, from selecting and managing the influencers to planning all logistics related to their participation, including transportation and makeup services, ensuring that each participant had a seamless and professional experience.

During the planning and execution of the event, I defined that the influencers’ presence would also aim to promote the clinic and its services to their audiences, enhancing the clinic’s visibility and reputation. After the event, I also managed ongoing partnerships, monitoring communications, validating content, and optimizing results to ensure that each action aligned with the promoted services and the influencers’ profiles.

At Clidume, following the strategic analysis, I began the collaboration with the influencer’s briefing, followed by content creation, ensuring that the materials produced aligned with the plan and the defined objectives. I then monitored communications, validated content, and tracked results, ensuring that the partnership added value to the audience and aligned with the clinic’s goals.

In both projects, I focused on building authentic and relevant relationships, maintaining consistency in communication, and maximizing partnership outcomes. These efforts contributed to strengthening the clinics’ brand image, increasing engagement, enhancing visibility, and generating greater interest in their services.
